Description:
This class will provide you with information about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, AKA → ADHD. This 90-minute class will provide clarity and education around ADHD and how it affects not only the individual with ADHD but EVERYONE else around them. You will learn about the main daily challenges in executive functioning that individuals with ADHD struggle with (beyond the stereotypical inability to sit still) and will learn practical ways to help support the ADHD individual. If you have ADHD or a family member with ADHD this class is for you!
