In this class, you can expect a well-rounded practice with a blend of breathing techniques, sun salutations, standing, balancing, and seated postures, core work, inversions, and of course final relaxation. Appropriate modifications and variations will be offered to meet all needs. A regular yoga practice incorporating breath with movement and meditation can help transform your mind and body enhancing strength, balance, focus, flexibility and leaving more centered and peaceful.
