Description:
Yoga Build utilizes the benefits of yoga in your warm-up and cool down, but focuses on power strength training at the core. Come prepared to lift heavy and build power strength, bone density, and a lasting caloric burn. Class will be at room temp and use infrared heat only on cold mornings during the summer.
